DirecTV "B Band Converter (BBC Module)" - SUP-2400  $19.99
The B Band Converter (BBC) module is installed on the A3/MPEG-4 capable satellite receiver. It  connects to the Satellite In coaxial jack on the back of the receiver.  The other end connects to the Ka/Ku satellite dish (DirecTV AT9/Slim-Line Dish). This converter up-converts the  signal from the dish in the Ka-band (250-750 MHz) non-useable signal into a 950-2150 MHz useable signal for the satellite receiver. Installation Guide.
